Bramblewood Day Camp collects only what running a camp requires: enrollment details, health and allergy notes, emergency contacts, and messages you send us. We use this information to keep campers safe, staff the right ratios and answer your questions.

What we never do

We never sell family information, never share it with advertisers, and never publish a child's name or photo without written parent permission. Camp photos used on this site show group activities; individual portraits appear only with consent.

Payments

Online enrollment payments are processed by our payment provider through the camp checkout. We never see or store full card numbers — those go directly to the provider over an encrypted connection.

Messages and the webcam

Contact-form messages land in the camp office inbox and are kept for one season. The lakeside webcam streams the beach only, never cabins or restrooms, and runs June through August with posted signs at every entrance.

Ask us anytime what we hold about your family, and we'll show you, correct it or delete it. Write to the camp office or call (406) 555-0142.
